The property was well-kept and had a special atmosphere, was ideally located unable to get the car out for 1 day due to roadworks. Got apartment with a balcony as expected, truly enjoyed it. The employees were all helpful, recommended us a restaurant.
Well, the area was quite dirty overall.

The central location was a win, close to shops and ANU. The staff were friendly and accommodating, offering a spacious room with cooking facilities. Just a heads-up: some noise and parking hiccups, but overall a pleasant experience!

Very helpful staff - nothing was too much of a problem. The unit was very well set up and exactly what one needs for a self contained city trip. 24 hr corner shop nearby meant that food and drink supplies for the kitchenette were no problem - even at jet-lagged hours. Excellent restaurants in the imemdiate area.
No complaints at all.

Had great stay in this modern hotel, the stuff where pleasant, location was favourable to the event which was starting at 10am. It was ideally located - only a 5-minute walk to Civic Square. Plus, it was close enough to the CBD, cafes/restaurants, and the square where the cars are parked...
The room had not so great views.

The location is very close to both where I was working and to the city centre.
Only one gripe - I asked to have the plug in the ensuite fixed as it was stuck and not releasing. Nothing was done. I had to fix it myself with a knife.
